Shipping Methods

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping.
  • Handling Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Features

  • Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.
  • Insurance: Every order is fully insured for its value to protect against damage or loss during transit.
  • Delivery Confirmation: All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only on signed and numbered prints. The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returns.
  • All returns must be shipped back in their original condition, with proper packaging and the same shipping method as originally received.
    • This includes full insurance, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation for items valued over $250.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or lost in transit.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items

While all items are shipped with full insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation, the following procedures apply:

  • If your poster arrives damaged or is lost in transit, a claim must be filed directly with USPS. We are happy to assist you with the process if needed.
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly by the mail carrier.
  • We are happy to assist in filing a claim if your poster comes damaged or lost. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only offer USPS Priority Mail as our shipping method. We do not ship via First-Class Mail, Parcel Post, or any other methods.
  • Orders exceeding $250 will always require signature confirmation for delivery.

Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging your vintage concert posters to ensure they arrive in pristine condition:

  • Posters are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Handling time is typically 5 business days to prepare and inspect your order before shipment.
